Minimum Age 13
Derbyz.com requires that Host administrators be 18 years old or older. Players may be 13 or older under the condition that a Player between 13 years and 18 years old have legal guardian approval for you to use our Services.
If you are under 13, do not send any information about yourself to Derbyz.com. If you believe that Derbyz.com has any information from or a person under 13, please contact us at privacy@derbyz.com. In the event that Derbyz.com Links to additional Websites, it is understood and agreed that Derbyz.com will not be responsible for other websites’ practices.
