Payments
Players pay no surcharges or fees.It’s always free to start and run a NameGame.
All payments are handled through PayPal.
Players do not need a PayPal account to play if the Host has a PayPal business account.
Hosts will have to have a PayPal account in order to collect their funds. Host are responsible for maintaining their PayPal account and updating their DERBYZ account inorder to properly credit their accounts.
Hosts and Players are required to comply with PayPals terms and conditions.
DERBYZ is comitted to assisting non-profit orginizations. We hope our NameGame series becomes a useful tool for creative fundraising.
Special consideration will be given to 501(c)(3) orginizations.
Fees will be deducted from each transaction. PayPal will dedcut its fee from the total transzction in accordance with their agreement with the Host. Furthermore, Emagine Games will receive a fee, deducted from the total tranaction based on the following schedule:

| $1001-$4000 | 5.9% | 4.9% |
| $4001 + | 4.9% | 3.9% |
Percentages are counted on total receipts up to the next tier. For example, if you raise $1450.00, fees deducted will be: (1000 * 7.9% = 79) + (450 * 5.9% = 26.55) = $105.55
Emagine Games reserves the right to change or modify the fee schedule at anytime before the beginning of a game. Notice will be made here and/or directly to Hosts of NameGames about to begin. Furthermore, Emagine Games reserves the right to change or modify the fee schedule on an individual basis, before the beginning of a game, with notification to the Host.
